At Casa Cigala, we’re committed to maintaining a harmonious balance with our beautiful surroundings and respecting our neighboring community. To preserve this sense of peace, we limit the number of events held on our property each year. To ensure exclusivity and a truly immersive experience, we require guests hosting events to book the entire estate for a minimum of five days.

Thoughtful Planning for Effortless Events

We want every aspect of your event to flow smoothly from start to finish. To provide an accurate quote tailored to your needs, we kindly request a few essential details:

  • Number of Guests: Including both residents and visitors.
  • Event Date and Timings: Please specify the start and end times.
  • Catering Details: Information about your catering team and any equipment they will bring on-site.
  • Furniture Requirements: Details about any additional furniture or setup elements.
  • Entertainment Arrangements: Specifics about music, performances, or other entertainment.
  • Parking Needs: Any particular parking arrangements for your guests.
  • Additional Information: Any other relevant details to help us prepare for your special day.

A Dedicated Team for Seamless Service

Our dedicated house manager, will be present at each event, ensuring a smooth experience from beginning to end. The house manager, will coordinate with external vendors for deliveries and pickups and manage the arrival and departure of guest vehicles. While the house manager remains discreet throughout, he’s readily available should any assistance be needed.

To ensure comfort, a member of our team will be on duty to keep key areas, including the main house restroom and pool restroom, in pristine condition. They’ll also be on hand to assist with minor mishaps or quick clean-ups as required.

Post-Event Care for Lasting Impressions

Our team will handle a thorough clean-up the morning after your event, returning the property to its original state. We kindly ask that any moved furniture is placed back in its original location before this final cleaning; otherwise, necessary adjustments may result in deductions from the security deposit.

All event reservations are subject to final approval to ensure Casa Cigala remains a haven of elegance and tranquility for all guests.
